If you are experiencing difficulties with any of your services with us, please check this webpage as a first step to finding out what's wrong.

If we are experiencing any known faults, technical issues or problems, or if we hear of any that may affect a significant number of our customers in Australia or New Zealand, then we will post updates to this page as soon as we can in the LIVE STATUS box on the right-hand side of this page.

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes your Internet Service Provider, who you use to actually connect to the Internet (eg Telstra BigPond, WestNet, Netspace, Dodo, OptusNet, etc) may experience problems with their network or equipment. At these times, you may have difficulty accessing our services until your ISP has resolved any issues within their networks.


New customers, please contact us at service@lithiumsolutions.com for all your enquiries regarding domain names, website or e-mail hosting or the development of a new or existing website for your business.

If you already have an account, domain names or a hosting plan with us and you would like assistance, please email support@lithiumsolutions.com and we will attend to your request as soon as possible.
